Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. The past is gone forever, there is nothing one can about it but the future can be written in gold if you will learn to forget the past and move forward in life.
The scriptures tell us that once a man is in Christ, old things are passed away. To pass away means to die, to cease to exist. Your old sinful life, old failures, past mistakes and all that you have ever been have been blotted out. It does not matter how terrible your past has been, the moment you gave your life to Jesus, the past is gone and all things have become new. There is no remembrance of your past before the Father, so why should you remember it?
You are, now, the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. God has credited the righteousness of Jesus into your account. You have God’s righteousness in you. Salvation delivers a man from sin and wipes his records clean. Satan cannot harass you anymore. You are forgiven and you have dominion over sin. Sin can no longer have dominion over you neither can the devil harass you anymore. You have been eternally separated from your sin. You are free indeed!. Forget your past. Live for God today, so that you can enjoy a glorious tomorrow
